About Westshore Mall

A single story regional shopping center anchored by Dunham's Sports, JCPenney, Steve & Barry's and Younkers, Westshore Mall totals 415,804 leaseable square feet. Built in 1988, the property has evolved into a retail destination serving the Holland Charter Township, the City of Holland and surrounding areas. The mall features department stores, dining and entertainment establishments. Other regional and national tenants include Aeropostale, American Eagle, Bath & Body Works, Limited Too, Victoria's Secret and Zales, among others. Westshore Mall was acquired in 2006 by southern-California real estate investment and development firm Howard & Mills Inc.

The exterior remodeling will start in June 2007. The building is scheduled to be completed Fall 2007 with the parking lot updates completed Summer 2008. Renovations will include new main mall entrances with heated sidewalks, new monuments signs, pylon sign with color reader board and updated parking lot with new mature trees and foliage.

Our new interior theme will include updating the floor tiles, new court area columns with tile highlighting our “cascading building blocks” design, vibrant paint, a food court featuring a large aquarium and soft seating areas.
